Beef in a simple teriyaki marinade.

What you will need

1 tsp grated Ginger

2 Tbsp Water

2 Tbsp Mirin

1 Tbsp Sugar

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 lb Chuck Steak

Gather the ingredients.
