1
Gather ingredients.
2
Cut the baguette to make two sandwiches.
3
Cut around the core of the apple and slice the cheeks into thin slices.
4
Cut the brie into slices.
5
Place a layer of brie cheese on the bread and then fan the apples across. Drizzle with a bit of honey.
6
Heat some olive oil in the base of a skillet over medium heat. Add the sandwich and add a heavy pot or skillet on top to help browning. Let brown and melt for about 5-7 minutes or until bottom is browned and the cheese is softening. You can also use a panini press or griddle here!
7
Flip the sandwich to the other side and press again cooking until cheese is melty and both sides are browned.
8
You may need to add a lid for a few minutes to finish melting the cheese. This step is optional.
