These little sweet treats look just like bunny tails and are a fun addition to the Easter table.

8 oz Cream Cheese
4 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Almond Extract

How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients.
Whip the cream cheese in a stand mixer or in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer until the cream cheese is soft and fluffy.
Add the powdered sugar and almond extract.
Slowly mix in the powdered sugar, and then increase the speed and whip until well combined.
If your mixture is too sticky, you may need to add a little more powdered sugar or refrigerate for a little bit until cream cheese hardens up again. Roll tablespoon-sized balls in the shredded coconut.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week!
