This is a filipino style. It is really rich and flavorful. This is tastier than any other style of cooking shrimps. You’ll find most of the flavors concentrated below the head.
What you will need
500 g of Shrimps (cleaned)
2 heads of Garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp of Parsley
1 cup Butter
1 cup Sprite
salt and pepper to taste

Marinate the shrimp in Sprite for 15-20 mins.

Heat the pan and melt the butter.

Add the garlic. Cook garlic in low heat until it is golden or light brown.

Put the shrimp and cook in medium to high heat. Keep cooking until shrimps turn orange.

Pour Sprite and continue stirring. Put salt and pepper to taste.

Add parsley. Cook for 20-30 seconds.

Best served with hot white rice. Enjoy 😋
