8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
1 1/2 cups Confectioner's Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips

How to cook
Gather and portion all ingredients.
Strain the liquid from the ricotta witth a cheese cloth or fine mesh strainer.
Add mascarpone to strained ricotta and whisk to combine.
Fold in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
Mix in the mini chocolate chips until distributed.
Chill and serve with waffle cone pieces or Pizzelle cookies.
