This baked egg boat is a fantastic way to take breakfast on the go! Slices of this caprese breakfast boat keep well in the fridge and are super easy to warm up and go.

What you will need

1 loaf French Bread

6 oz Shredded Mozzarella

6 Eggs

1 Tomato

.25 oz Fresh Basil

Salt

Black Pepper

Gather and portion ingredients.

Set oven to 350 °F

Cut the center out of the bread to make room for the egg mixture.

The bread I received in this kit was a long baguette that was a couple of inches in diameter. The baguette in the instructions was much shorter and wide . I could only put about half the batter in the baguette. It was so small in diameter that most of each bite was bread. Disappointing
