What you will need

600g, skinless thigh fillets chicken

250g fresh mozzarela

2 cups breadcrumb

2 eggs, beaten

1tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves

SAUCE

1 jar of tomato sauce

1 onion

1tsp black pepper

1tsp salt

1tsp dried oregano
