Chicken Parmigiana
A delicious Italian-American dish
What you will need
600g, skinless thigh fillets chicken
250g fresh mozzarela
2 cups breadcrumb
2 eggs, beaten
1tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
SAUCE
1 jar of tomato sauce
1 onion
1tsp black pepper
1tsp salt
1tsp dried oregano

Ingredients

Season the chicken fillets with garlic, salt and black pepper

Pass in the beaten eggs then breadcrumbs

Heat grill to high and cook the chicken for 5mins each side

Heat oil and cook onions and garlic, then tip in tomato sauce

Slice the mozzarella. Add chicken to an ovenproof dish and mozzarella on top

Pour tomato sauce on top of mozzarella. Grill in the oven for 10 minutes
