Chicken Thighs with Orange & Sesame Glaze
What you will need
2lb Chicken Thighs
Marinade
4 garlic cloves
1 dash chili pepper
1 dash cumin
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 onion

Chop the onion, crush the garlic cloves and mix all marinade ingredients together

Add the chicken and marinate for 1 hour

Add 1 tbsp olive or sesame oil to a hot pot and brown the chicken. Add all marinade ingredients to the same pot

Brown both sides of chicken

Cover the pot and let t cook for 30 minutes. If the sauce is too liquid after the chicken is cooked, add some corn or potato starch to thicken
