Chocolate Pb&b Baked Oats
This is one of my favorite versions of overnight oats - the breakfast that makes itself as you leave it in the fridge overnight. It is ready to go when you are!
What you will need
1 ripe Banana
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Peanut Butter Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 cup Oats
1 cup Chocolate Oat Milk

Gather and portion all ingredients.

I like to make this right into a Tupperware that I can seal and pop into the fridge. Peel and mash the ripe banana in the container.
5
Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
6
Stir in the peanut butter powder and cocoa powder to the mashed banana.
7
Stir the oats into the banana mixture and slowly add the oat milk. Feel free to use regular milk if you prefer.

You can make the consistency of the oats however you like. I prefer to make mine quite thick, but you can add more milk, oats, or powder to change this. The oats will thicken and absorb the liquid a little overnight. Once you get the consistency you like, place the covered container in the fridge overnight.

I like to serve these with a fresh banana and dusted with peanut butter powder and cocoa!
