Cilantro Jalapeño Salsa
Creamy, spicy, and delicious 😋
I love making this salsa as a topping for Carne asada tacos, but it also goes great as a regular chips/dip dish or you can also put it on anything else you want to top with salsa
What you will need
4-6 jalapenos (depends how spicy you want it)
24 oz sour cream
1 ranch dressing packet
2 cilantro (can do one if you don't want it too strong)
How to cook

Chop up jalapeños and Cilantro. Add to blender.

Add ranch packet

Add 3/4 of sour cream to the blender, topping everything else

Blend it all up!

Pour everything into a container that has room for it all, add the remainder of sour cream and stir it all together. This will make it slightly thicker.
