A sheet pan is the secret to pancakes for a crowd! No standing over the stove flipping for an hour, just pop this mix into the oven and get on with breakfast!

What you will need

3 cups AP Flour

2 Tbsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

8 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

2 Eggs

2 1/2 cups Milk

2 Tbsp Sugar

2 Apples

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Maple Syrup, optional

Gather and portion ingredients.
