Coconut Rice

Nothing against white rice, but it can be a little boring. Jazz it up with some coconut milk. Coconut rice pairs particularly well with seafood and curries.
What you will need
1 1/2 cups Water
2 tsp Granulated Sugar
14 oz. can Coconut Milk
2 cups Long Grain Rice

Add the water to a small saucepan over high heat.

Add the sugar.

Add the coconut milk.

Stir in the rice.

When the liquid comes to a simmer, give the pot another good stir, making sure that none of the rice is stuck to the bottom, then reduce the heat to low and put a lid on the pot. Simmer gently for 18 minutes, then fluff with a fork and remove from heat.
