Cod Fillets in Olive Oil

What you will need

1 lb cod fillets

1 tbsp dill

1 cup olive oil

1 lemon

Salt to taste

How to cook

Add half of the olive oil to a pan and the cod fillets

Sprinkle the dill on top of the fillets

Add the slices of a lâmina

Add the slices of a lâmina

Add the rest of the olive oil.

Cook on medium heat until the cod is cooked and still tender

Serve!

You may save the extra oil for about 1 week in the fridge.
