Cranberry Walnut Grilled Cheese
This sandwich is basically all the flavors of a cheese board all in one!

Add the walnuts and dried cranberries to the base of a food processor. Blend until it becomes like a spreadable paste.

Spread the walnut/cranberry paste on both sides of two slices of your favorite bread. Dollop with goat cheese.

Add a small amount of olive oil to a skillet set over medium heat. Place the sandwich into the skillet and add a lid. This will help the cheese melt.
