Cranberry White Chocolate Energy Bites
A healthy version of a cranberry white chocolate cookie. Super easy to transport and snack on whenever you need!
What you will need
1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp vanilla extract, optional

Gather all ingredients.

Portion all ingredients.

Add the almond butter, honey, and vanilla to a small mixing bowl.

Use a spatula to mix the wet ingredients together. Stir until well combined before adding the dry ingredients.

Add the flax meal and oatmeal to the mixing bowl and mix well until fully combined.

Once the dough starts to come together, add the cranberries and white chocolate. Stir again to combine. It may be easier to use your hands now to finish mixing because the dough will become quite stiff.
