A super rich and comforting gnocchi dish.
What you will need
1 bunch Chives
2 cloves Garlic
1 lb Gnocchi
1 lb Frozen Mushrooms
2 oz. Mascarpone
1/2 oz. Grated Parmesan(Nutritional facts 370 calories, 24.59 g fat, 28.63 g carbohydrates, 8.72 g protein, 3 mg cholesterol, 263 mg sodium)
How to cook
Gather up the chives. Remove any stragglers. Slice them up, not too thin.
Peel the garlic cloves and slice thin.
Melt some butter over medium heat.
Add the gnocchi and let them toast in the butter briefly (3-7 minutes).
Add the frozen mushrooms.
Add the sliced garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes longer, stirring frequently.
Stir in the mascarpone.
Stir in a little parmesan. Simmer gently until gnocchi is cooked through (3-5 minutes).
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with some chives and grated parmesan.
