A simple sauce that goes well with spicy food. I used this on my harissa roasted carrots, and it makes a great dipping sauce for samosa.
What you will need
1/2 cup (50g) Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Cumin
a pinch of salt
How to cook
Combine the first 3 ingredients.
Juice the lime, straining the juice into the yogurt.
Mix well. Taste. If you think it needs it, add a little more lime and salt.
