Date Feta and Red Cabbage Salad

What you will need
1 bunch Chives
1/2 cup Pitted Dates
1 head Red Cabbage
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
4 oz. Crumbled Feta
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil
Red Pepper Flakes
Salt

Gather ingredients.

Slice the chives.

Chop up the dates.

Remove and discard any dirty outer leaves. Quarter the cabbage through the core, then slice out the core. Slice as thin as possible.

Slide the cabbage into a large mixing bowl.
