What you will need
1/2cup-beetroot (grated)
2tsp-coconut (grated)
1tsp-moog dal
4-garlic cloves
2-red dried chilli
salt to taste
4-5-curry leaves
1tsp-muster seeds
1tsp-cumin seeds
2tsp+1tsp-cooking oil

In a pan heat 2tsp oil and add Moog dal, garlic cloves and chilli and saute for mins.

Add grated beetroot and fry for 2-3mins. Add coconut and fry for 2mins.

After cool transfer in blender and add salt and make smooth paste.

Take small pan to heat add 1tsp oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Once a crackles pour this over the beetroot chutney.

Serve as aside with any dish.
