2-red dried chilli
salt to taste
2tsp+1tsp-cooking oil(Nutritional facts 180 calories, 13.06 g fat, 14.45 g carbohydrates, 3.36 g protein, undefined mg cholesterol, 3404 mg sodium)
How to cook
In a pan heat 2tsp oil and add Moog dal, garlic cloves and chilli and saute for mins.
Add grated beetroot and fry for 2-3mins. Add coconut and fry for 2mins.
After cool transfer in blender and add salt and make smooth paste.
Take small pan to heat add 1tsp oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Once a crackles pour this over the beetroot chutney.
Serve as aside with any dish.
