Maybe a little unique. Maybe a little 'out there'. But these flavors work, and the result is a light and exciting composed dish.

What you will need

1 Crab

1 Yellow Onion

1 bunch Carrots

2 cloves Garlic

1 Valencia Orange

1 Blood Orange

1 Grapefruit

4 Fresh Artichokes

1 Lemon

1 cup White Wine

Olive Oil

Salt

Black Pepper
