What you will need
2 eggs
1 cup Flour
1 cup grated cheese
1 dash oregano
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 onion
2 cup of milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 dash of salt

Blend all ingredients until smooth

Grease a baking pan

Using half the batter, cover the bottom of the pan. Add filling in top and finish with the rest of the batter

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or h til the edges start to brown

Remove from oven and let it cook for about 5 minutes
