What you will need
1 Pie Crust
¾ cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
15 oz can Pumpkin Puree
12 oz can Evaporated Milk

How to cook
Gather all ingredients.
Set oven to 425°F
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the salt and pumpkin pie spice and whisk to combine.
Whisk the sugar into the eggs.
Whisk in the evaporated milk and pumpkin puree.
Pour the batter into the pie crust. You will have a bit of leftover, you can bake it in a dish alongside! Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature.
Reduce oven temp to 350°F
Bake for about 40 more minutes or until the center of the pie is puffed up and set. Let cool for two hours and serve or refrigerate.
