I'm not vegan. But my stomach is kinda not a fan of consuming large amounts of dairy. So I've developed a grwat appreciation for coconut bliss ice cream. Also, my wife found this great califia almond milk that's supposed to be for coffee. It's a little thicker than most almond milks. Their powers combine! Still plenty of sugar, but my belly doesn't mind.
What you will need
1/2 pint of coconut bliss dark chocolate ice cream
1 cup califia barista blend almond milk
How to cook

Cut the ice cream in half with a sharp knife. This recipe really only makes enough for me though, so if you want one... 'save yourself the trouble and just make double'
Combine ingredients and blend like the dickens.
