Fresno Chili Garlic Hot Sauce
If you love spice, you will love this sauce! The fresno chiles are super fruity, bright and are delicious along with garlic. Add to any dish!
What you will need
1/2 pound Fresno Chilis
6 Garlic Cloves
3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt

Gather and portion all ingredients.

Peel the garlic cloves.

Add half of the salt to the water and bring to a rolling boil.

With the water at a rolling boil, boil the garlic cloves and chili for about 3-4 minutes.

Drain the chilis and garlic in a sieve.

Cut the stems off of the peppers.

Add the chilis to the base of a food processor or blender.

Add the chilis and garlic cloves to the food processor. If you want the sauce a little less spicy you can remove the seeds.

Add the red wine vinegar to the blender with the chilis and garlic.

Season with the remaining salt. Adjust this to taste.

Blend the sauce until smooth. It's ok if some chunks remain. You can blend to your desired consistency.
