3 Tbs of Salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 cup of flour
4 eggs
1Tbs Dried Dill

Cut Tilapia in smaller pieces

Add spices to lemon juice

Spread all around the tilapia and save for 1 hour

After marinating for 1 hour, prepare the flour and eggs for coating the fish. I like to season the egg with parsley and salt, flour with black peppers.

High heat

Fry until itβs golden brown

Use paper towel to absorb oil from the fish
