What you will need
Dough
100 gr butter (room temperature)
100 gr sugar
2 yolks
200gr flour
1 tsp baking powder
Cream
1 can condensed milk
1 can measure of milk
1 tbsp corn starch
2 yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can measure of heavy whipping cream
Fruits
Your choice of fresh fruits
How to cook

Mix the butter, sugar and yolks. Use a fork to smooth the butter well

Add half the flour and the baking powder and mix well. Then add the rest of the flour and work the dough with your hands

The dough will stop sticking to your hands

Spread the dough on a spring pan like the video below

Cook at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until the borders start to golden. I like to add something heavy on top of the dough to avoid it raising in the middle

Start making the cream: add the condensed milk, milk mixed with the corn starch to a pan

Add the egg and mix well. Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly!

Switch off the heat. Add the vanilla extract, the heavy whipping cream and mix well.

Wait for the cream to chill a little bit, add it to the cooked dough, then decorate with fresh fruits
