A simple seafood starter that you can whip together in no time. Serve with chips or a chunk of good sourdough.
What you will need
1/2 lb Raw Shrimp
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Smoked Paprika

How to cook
Shell and dice the shrimp.
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Crush or grate the garlic and add it to the butter.
Add the paprika. Stir to toast the spices and garlic.
Add the shrimp. Stir to coat in garlic butter.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the shrimp.
Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until shrimp is cooked through and no longer translucent.
Serve with tortilla chips or a chunk of good sourdough.
