Ginger Scallion Miracle Noodles
Ginger, scallion, sesame and soy makes for a great sauce with unlimited possibilities. Miracle noodles have a great texture and they're super easy to prepare.
What you will need
2 packages Miracle Noodles
2 Tbsp grated Ginger
1 bunch Scallions
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sesame Oil

Assemble the ingredients.

Remove the noodles from their packaging and packing liquid.

Clean and slice the scallions.

Measure out some grated ginger and chop it up finely.

Transfer the ginger and scallions to a medium mixing bowl.

Add the salt.

Add the soy sauce.

Add sesame oil.

Toss the miracle noodles in boiling water for just a few minutes.

Remove the noodles from the boiling water and toss them in the ginger scallion sauce.
