5 oz. Pesto
6 oz. Shredded Mozzarella
8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms

How to cook
Spread pesto evenly on a pizza crust. Ingredients specified represent enough to cover 2 crusts of average size. Most cauliflower pizza crusts come in a pack of 2.
Add a little shredded mozzarella.
Top with some sliced mushrooms. Toss the mushrooms with a little salt and olive oil to season them and help them cook up nicely.
