What you will need
8 slices Crusty Bread
3 oz Prosciutto
6 oz Gruyere
1/3 cup Fig Jam

How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients.
Slice the bread.
Spread a layer of fig jam on a slice of your favorite bread. Top with slices of gruyere and prosciutto then another slice of bread.
Add a pat of butter to a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich on top of the butter.
Top with a lid and grill until bread is golden brown and cheese starts to melt. Flip to the other side adding more butter as needed. Grill for another couple minutes.
