A little honey and some vinegar will make a humble bunch of carrots something to look forward to.

What you will need

2 bunches Carrots

Salt

2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

2 Tbsp Honey

1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

You can discard the leaves or wash them and chop a few up as a garnish. They do have a pleasant, carrot flavor.
