Traditionally made and eaten on Good Friday, to celebrate the last day of Lent, these sweet spiced buns have a cross piped accross the top to represent the crucifixion of Jesus.

What you will need

3/4 cup Whole Milk

1 packet Yeast

1 tsp Sugar

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

5 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

2 Eggs

1 tsp Salt

1 1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground Cloves

3 1/2 cups Bread Flour

1 cup Raisins

Orange Icing

1 cup Powdered Sugar

1/2 Orange

Gather and portion all ingredients.
