Choose a lime that is firm and bright green. Avoid limes that have bruises, soft spots, or scarring.

Remove the ends from the lime and cut into wedges.

Place the lime half so it lays flat on the cutting board, cut into 1/4 inch slices. Perfect for the side of a glass!
