How to Dice Bell Pepper
Just a simple walkthrough on dicing bell peppers. If you're new to cooking, basic knife skills are crucial. As you grow your skillset, you'll develop techniques in your own way, but this is my technique for dicing bell peppers.
What you will need
1 Bell Pepper

Wash the bell pepper first, then slice in half through the stem.

Slice around the stem on both halves to remove the seed bundle.

Lean a halve on its long edge and slice off a thin wedge. For a standard dice, I would say around 1/8"-1/4" is what you're looking for. Continue slicing, leaning the pepper over slightly after each slice in order to maintain uniformity.

Group the slices into a bundle. Pointing the bundle towards your knife, slice to about the same width as your previous cuts.

Keep in mind that the key to any knife technique is a sharp blade. You don't need the most expensive knife, but you should learn how to care for your knife and keep it sharp.
