How to Poach An Egg in Plastic Wrap
This poaching method is easy and creates a flower like pattern on the top of the egg which looks great on top of your favorite dishes.

1 Egg
Water
Salt
Black Pepper
Plastic Wrap

Find a small ramekin and rip off a large square of plastic wrap. Create an indent in the plastic wrap with space to crack the egg.

Crack the egg into the plastic wrap inside the ramekin and season with salt and pepper.

Gather the edges of the plastic wrap tie tightly with string or wire.

Drop the egg into the lightly boiling water and leave for 3-5 minutes or until the outside is all white but yolk is still not set.

Place the egg back in the ramekin and remove the string or twist tie and unwrap the plastic wrap.
