How to cook
Boiling pasta works best in a larger pot so the noodles have plenty of space to move around. Add about 1 1/2 Tbsp of salt (per pound of pasta) to the water before adding the pasta and stir to dissolve. Avoid Iodized salt here as it can leave a tinny taste in the noodles!
