Using The Instant Pot (Pressure Cooker)
What you will need
3 garlic cloves
3 medium potatoes
1 cup diced bacon
1 lb green split peas
Water
32 oz Vegetable broth concentrate

Brown the bacon

Add the garlic

Add the diced potatoes and mix well

Add the peas

Cover with water / broth and set the pressure cooker on high pressure for 12 minutes

When the pressure is release, open and check the texture. It might need more weather to become a creamy soup.
