Best served alongside some fresh soft pretzels, this beer cheese dip highlights some of Ireland's best products!

What you will need

1 Tbsp AP Flour

1 Tbsp Butter

1/4 cup Milk

6 Tbsp Guinness Beer

7 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

pinch Salt

pinch Black Pepper

Gather and portion ingredients.

Grate the dubliner cheese.
