1 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Milk
6 Tbsp Guinness Beer
7 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients.
Grate the dubliner cheese.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Whisk to combine.
Slowly whisk the milk into the roux bit by bit.
Slowly whisk in the beer until fully combined.
Add the grated cheese and stir to begin melting.
Stir in the garlic powder and a pinch of salt, and black pepper. If cheese isn't fully melted, add back to the stove on low heat stirring constantly for a minute at a time until melted.
