1 Tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Milk
6 Tbsp Guinness Beer
7 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Gather and portion ingredients.

Grate the dubliner cheese.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Whisk to combine.

Slowly whisk the milk into the roux bit by bit.
