Soft, Sweet Butter Rolls

What you will need
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 oz pack Active Dry yeast ( All Natural)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven 375°
How to cook
Add 1 cup flour, yeast (right from package), sugar, and salt in a medium sized bowl.
In a separate bowl combine milk, water, and butter. Heat until warm (30-45 sec)
Add milk mixture into flour mixture, beat for 2 min on medium-high speed using an electric mixer. Stir in remaining flour, making sure the dough is soft.
Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth and stretchy then roll dough into a ball.
Cover dough and let rest for 15 min.
Cut dough into 6 equal pieces ( I made 7, an extra one for my little guy ^_^ ) roll each piece into individual balls and place in a lightly greased (w/butter) 8-inch round pan. Place pan in warm area and cover for about 30 min to rise.
*NOTE* Unsure if dough is ready? Lightly poke one side of the roll, if the dent stays, rolls are ready to be baked.
Bake for 20 min or until golden brown. Remove from oven, brush with melted butter and serve along with your favorite dish. . Best if served warm
