What you will need
2/3 cup Lavender sugar
3-4 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla
Dash salt
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
How to cook

Whip all ingredient. Slowly incorporate the sugar about a tsp at a time.

Whip until glossy peaks form

Use a spoon or pastry bag to make small drop cookies on a lined baking sheet

Bake for 40 minutes or until firm at 250 degreesβ. Cool and enjoy.
