Lebanese Food : Fried Sambousek

What you will need

What we need for the Sambousk dough:

1 kilogram flour

half teaspoon sugar

half teaspoon salt

3/4 glass of oil

one teaspoon and half yeast faur

3 glasses of water

what we need for meat :

2 chopped onions

minced meat

1 teaspoon mixed spices

what we need of cheese:

1 soft chopped onion

mozarella cheese

half teaspoon dry mint

half teaspoon salt

How to cook

For sambousek dough :Mix the ingredients well, then add water slowly slowly until they become a paste, then leave them aside for only half an hour to mature.

For cheese : mix the ingredients well.

For meat : Fry the onion and then combine the meat with spices and salt to ripen
