3 potatoes
1/2 onion
1 cup rice
Water
Broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Sautée the onion (if non vegetarian, add diced bacon for an extra kick!)

Add the rice and stir well

Cover with water (broth) and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes
