Lemon Mousse Cake
What you will need
CAKE
4 eggs
1 butter stick
1 1/2 cup of sugar
320 ml milk
1 1/2 cup AP Flour
1 tbsp baking powder
LEMON SYRUP
100 ml lemon juice
2 tbsp confectioners sugar
LEMON CREAM
1 can condensed milk
Juice of 2 lemons
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup heavy whip cream
How to cook
CAKE

Mount the eggs whites

Whisk together the sugar, yolks and butter (room temperature)

Add the milk, flour and Mix well

Slowly add the egg whites, and then the baking powder

Add to a greased pan and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle of the cake
LEMON SYRUP

Mix 100ml of lemon juice with 2tbsp of confectioners sugar

When the cake is baked, make holes with a fork and spread the lemon syrup
LEMON CREAM
1
Mix 1 can condensed milk, zest of 1 lemon and the juice of 2 lemons

Add heavy whip cream and stir well

Cover and the cake with the lemon cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving

Serve cold
