Gather and portion ingredients.

Thinly slice the jalapeno.

Cut off the roots and thinly slice the green onions.

Cook the bacon in a skillet until nice and crispy.

Add a few slices of cheese and some sliced jalapeno to your favorite bread.

Top with a few slices of crispy bacon and some sliced green onions.

Add some butter to a skillet over medium heat and add the sandwich. Grill for a few minutes with a lid on to help melt the cheese. Then flip and grill for another few minutes adding more butter if needed until bread is golden brown and the cheese is melty.
