This smoothie gets super thick and creamy from the avocado, so no other frozen fruit is needed!

What you will need

10oz unsweetened almond milk

1/2 avocado

4 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder

2 cups chopped kale

1 tablespoon peanut butter

plain greek yogurt

How to cook

Add the almond milk, avocado, protein, kale, peanut butter to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and top with a dollop of greek yogurt and a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
