What you will need
3 oz Smoked Salmon
4 oz Creme Fraiche
2 Tbsp Capers

How to cook
Using a cookie cutter, biscuit cutter, or the rim of a pint glass, cut out circles of rye bread. You can also cut the rye bread into squares if you prefer.
Spread a dollop of creme fraiche on top of each circle of rye bread.

Garnish the top of each piece of salmon with a few capers.
