What you will need

2 slices Wasa Light Rye Crispbread

2 tablespoons goat cheese

1 tablespoon capers

1 tablespoon chives, chopped

2 slices smoked salmon

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons mixed salad greens

Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste

How to cook


SPREAD goat cheese on each Wasa crispbread, add capers and chives, then slice of smoked salmon


MIX olive oil and lemon juice together, drizzle half the mixture over salmon slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper
