What you will need
2 Corn Tortillas
1/2 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
1/4 cup Salsa
1/2 cup Refried Beans
1/2 cup Frozen Corn
1/2 cup Yogurt Covered Pretzels

Portion the ingredients

Warm a pan to medium heat and add a tortilla. Top the tortilla with the mexican blend cheese and put another tortilla on top. Brown for about 4 minutes or until cheese is melty and tortilla is lightly browned.

Flip to the other side and brown for another 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from pan and put onto a cutting board.

Place the quesadilla onto a cutting board and cut into 8 even triangular pieces. Add these to one of the larger compartments of the lunch box.

Portion the ingredients into the lunch box.
