This creamy comforting orzo is about as easy to make as a bowl of cereal.

What you will need

1 cup Heavy Cream

1 lb Orzo

10 oz. Frozen Mushrooms

4 oz. shredded Mild Cheddar

 use the microwave. Place the orzo in a large microwave-safe bowl and add enough water to submerge by at least 2 inches. Microwave fro about 10-12 minutes or until orzo is tender. Then strain.
