Mushroom Cheddar Orzo
What you will need
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 lb Orzo
10 oz. Frozen Mushrooms
4 oz. shredded Mild Cheddar

You can boil the orzo as directed on the package, but if you're in a hurry, use the microwave. Place the orzo in a large microwave-safe bowl and add enough water to submerge by at least 2 inches. Microwave fro about 10-12 minutes or until orzo is tender. Then strain.

Place the cooked orzo in a medium mixing bowl.

Add the cream.

Add the frozen mushrooms and mix it up.

Microwave for 4 minutes to heat the mushrooms and cream.

Stir in the shredded cheddar.

Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
